Who we are

Founded in 2024, Western Skies Welding is a small business owned and operated by Daniel Schwab. Graduating from Missoula College’s welding program in 2025, Daniel fast tracked his career by working as a welder and fabricator full time for Lifitng Technologies, LLC while completing school.

His ambitions did not stop there, though. Starting his own business, Daniel pursued specializing in pipe fencing that is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Having livestock himself, Daniel knows the importance of creating safe and reliable enclosures for these animals to ease an owners mind.

Mobile repairs is an added service Western Skies Welding offers with a custom hand built welding skid mounted to a 2017 Dodge Ram 3500. The skid is adapted with a Lincoln Ranger 8 and portable wire feed welders making multiple welding options available to our customers.
